Total Dissappointment

A year has passed still my salary problem is not solved. The same problem arose when I detected my bonus is less that the expected amount. I thought I got a lower appraisal but after I did the calculation, it seem the HR people had make the same mistakes a year ago. Some people cannot read data from a system. When asked the reason why this problem happen again, they will start blaming other parties. Last time it was this HR, now it was the IT people. Why they cannot accept the fact that they are the guilty one.My hope and dream was ruined when I checked my account. When I saw the amount, I knew something was wrong. It must be something to do with the system or actually the people who are using the system. I called and called, luckily we got a nice lady trying to solve the problem. Really hoping that we can get the balance in the next month salary.p/s: The irony was a year has passed and I already get Eya, but the problem still cannot be settled.

Doctor...how to choose a good one??

I have to go to my panel doctor for any sickness. My company implement the system where an employee need to choose a medical doctor and a dentist. I chose both of my doctors at a clinic in Bangi.

They have been my doctor for almost 2++ years. The dentist is a great one which he knows how to treat and diagnose a patient properly. As for the other doctor, I noticed that he become lazier every time I come to see him.

Everytime I went to the doctor, he will take my BP and check my heartbeat. This is considered as a good practice but the problem is he never tell me the result. I want to know whether my heart and BP is okay or not. I go to see him for a diagnosis and of course a good treatment. ( I pay for your treatment ok). He will prescribe me some medicine but never told me what is the use of them. I need to ask him if I want to know about the medicine.

Its not that I go to see him to ask for a medical leave. I want my sickness/illness to get better, how can I prevent it and to hear advices/diagnoses from him. It seem he think all of his patient go to see him to ask for a medical leave.

Today, I go to the clinic because I had a diarrhoea since morning. I entered the consultation room and it was a new doctor. When I told him that I got stomachache, he asked me sarcastically, "Betul ke awak sakit perut" (Is it true that you got stomachache"). I was so annoyed with the doctor. He asked me to lie down and checked my stomach. After the checking, he went straight to his table and said nothing. Usually, after a doctor do a checking, he will tell you why you got the stomachache. I asked him something and exited the room.

From this visit, I can conclude that all clinic in Bangi under my company panel is terrible. I really need to change my panel clinic. Need to check back all the clinic in the list.

Bye Bye Friend

Handphone is a necessity for everyone. If you ask even a 6 years old kid, I bet they sure must own a handphone. My little sister, Nini had a phone but the condition was so bad that it did not have a cover. Luckily it was 3310, which is known for its durability.I don't know how she did it but she succesfully persuaded my mom to buy her a new phone. The trigger factor: we saw e-Buzz that afternoon and the host is promoting Sony Ericcson Z610i. We love the moving display of text on the cover.Unfortunately, when we checked Utopia mag, we found out that the price is RM1000++. I told my mom to buy a cheaper phone as the price is not suitable for a girl that age. Even me, cannot afford the phone and it looked not as nice in the tv.

We decided to buy the phone the next day at Sg Wang Plaza. The place was so not suitable for Eya due to the lack of bench/chair to relax or a baby room, and of course the crowd of people. I had to feed her throughout the journey there so that she will sleep all the time during the phone buying process. We also had to carry her as stroller was a definitely no-no at Sg Wang. She being a good girl stay asleep during the time we were there.

Although Nini was the one who gonna buy the phone, I was also interested in getting a new phone. At first, the ultimate choice is Motorola L7 but when the salesperson demo it, the interface was not that good. The only weakness of Motorola.

Then, suddenly I looked at a Sony Ericsson model and I think I fell in love with it. It look quite similar to hubby phone, K700i but it seem my phone is a newer model in the market. Although it may be new to me, it still could not beat the Sony Ericsson Walkman range phone.(My dream phone!!!)The price was a little bit lower than my sis, which at the end bought a Nokia phone for herself. The model? Don't ask, Nokia model is so confusing nowadays.

Another thing added to my list of debt.
